矿井节点地震仪低功耗时间同步系统设计

【摘要】 矿井节点式地震仪的时间同步系统包括授时和守时2部分。授时部分为一台基于STM32的可视化手持式低功耗GPS授时仪,实现各台站之间的时间同步;守时部分利用低功耗高精度数字温度补偿晶振电路来实现,以保证各台站相同的时间尺度;在各个台站之间时间同步的前提下,实现了低功耗设计的目标。通过室内实验测试:在地震仪最高采样率4 000 sps的条件下各台站之间的同步误差小于250μs,实际功耗仅0.68 W。

【Abstract】 The time synchronization(TSS) system of coal mine node seismic instrument includes timing synchronizing system and time-holding system. Time synchronization between each station is achieved from a LCD displayed and STM32 based low-power handheld GPS time host. The uniformity of timing scale for each station is ensured by the low-power high-precision digital temperature compensated crystal oscillator circuit. TSS ensures the time synchronization between each station time,meanwhile achieves a low-power design. In the highest sampling rate 4 000 sps condition,the synchronization error between each station is less than 250 μs and the power consumption is only 0. 68 W through laboratory experiments.
