基于单片机的煤炭企业电缆在线监测分析

【摘要】 随着现代化企业的生产能力的加大和自动控制程度的提高,大型煤炭企业电缆的数量也大幅度增加,这就对电缆的运行管理提出了更高的要求。电缆运行管理手段的落后已成为制约煤炭企业用电质量和效率提高的技术关键之一。而且由于大量电缆铺设在距离比较长、走向复杂、长期运行在高电压、大电流环境下,很容易引起电缆温度上升、温度异常等现象,进而造成火灾,带来严重的财产损失和人身伤亡。文章为此根据这一现状,具体设计与探讨基于单片机的煤炭企业电缆在线监测系统。

【Abstract】 With the modernization of the production capacity increase and a higher level of automation,large coal enterprises to increase significantly the number of cables,which run on the cable management of the higher demand.Cable management means running backward coal enterprises has restricted the power of technology to improve the quality and efficiency of one of the keys.And because a large number of cables laid in a long distance,to the complex,long-term operation at high voltage,high current environment,the cable can easily lead to temperature increases,phenomena such as abnormal temperature,and cause fires,serious property damage and personal injury.According to the status quo for this article,the specific design of the coal companies based on single chip cable line monitoring system.
