【摘要】 针对活性焦耐压强度、耐磨强度、脱硫值和脱硝率等指标,对比了国标和相关企业检测标准的区别,指出了一些检测过程中容易出现误差的操作;着重探讨了活性焦脱硝值的测定方法,提出了测试设备、检测方法上的优化方案,并且解读了脱硝率测定过程中NO出口浓度变化曲线;建议专业研究机构提供指导,规范操作方式,以期进一步优化活性焦质量评价体系,促进活性焦产业的有序发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the indexes of active coke,such as compressive resistance,wear resistance,desulfurization value and denitration rate,the differences between national standard and related enterprise standards are compared. And some operations that are quite error prone during the testing process are pointed out. The determination of the denitration value of active coke is mainly discussed. The optimization scheme about the testing equipment and testing methods is proposed,and the curve of the NO outlet concentration during the determination procedure of denitration rate is interpreted. It is recommended that professional research institutes should provide the guidance and standardize the operation modes in order to further optimize the active coke quality evaluation system and promote the orderly development of the active coke industry.更多还原
