矿用变频调速一体机CANopen通信技术研究

【摘要】 针对刮板输送机使用的变频调速一体机协同控制所需通信系统不完善、开放性差等情况,提出了基于CAN通信标准协议——CANopen规范的一体机协同控制通信系统设计方案,分析了CANopen标准通信协议的规程,利用监控单元嵌入式微控制器STM32F407的串口外设驱动CANopen集成通信单元GCAN-305,完成了矿用一体机CANopen通信接口的软硬件设计。实验表明,基于GCAN-305开发的通信接口符合CANopen协议规程,可满足矿用一体机协同控制数据通信可靠性与标准化的需求。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the imperfection and poor openness of the communication system required for the coordinated control of the frequency-speed controller of scraper conveyor,the communication system design scheme of the coordinated control of the frequency-speed controller is proposed based on CAN communication standard protocol-CANopen specification and the architecture of CANopen protocol is analyzed.The usart peripheral of embedded microcontroller STM32 F407 is used in the monitoring unit to drive the CANopen integrated communication unit GCAN-305,the hardware and software design of th CANopen communication interface is completed.Experiments show that the communication interface based on GCAN-305 complies with the CANopen protocol and meets the reliability and standardization requirements of cooperative control data communication for mine frequency-speed controller.
