顾北矿沿空掘巷临空活动段围岩变形控制技术研究

【摘要】 为了分析临空活动段对沿空巷道围岩支护的影响,以顾北矿南一采区1322(1)工作面为工程背景,通过UDEC数值模拟及现场试验,对临空活动段沿空掘巷煤柱的应力分布及围岩稳定控制技术进行了研究,结果表明:临空活动段留设煤柱存在应力集中现象,不同支护工况下可能发生压剪破坏,并且巷道帮部压力大于顶压。现场应用表明锚网索联合槽钢梁加强支护顶板和巷帮的围岩控制技术能有效提高临空活动段沿空巷道围岩稳定性。

【Abstract】 In order to analyze the influence of unstable goaf on surrounding rock support of goaf-side roadway,we take 1322(1) working face in south-first mining area of Gubei Coal Mine as engineering background,through UDEC numerical simulation and field industrial test,we carry out a thorough study on stress distribution and surrounding rock stability control technology of goaf-side roadway in unstable section.The results show that the goaf-side roadway in unstable section and the goaf-side roadway are stable,Field application shows that the surrounding rock control technology,using anchor mesh and channel steel beam for reinforced roof and side wall support,can effectively control the surrounding rock of gob-side roadway in the unstable section.
