近距离采空区下综放工作面窄煤柱尺寸优化设计

【摘要】 基于701工作面地质条件和开采条件,采用理论分析和数值模拟等方法,对近距离煤层采空区下综放工作面窄煤柱的尺寸进行优化。根据内应力场和极限平衡区相关理论,确定窄煤柱的尺寸的下限和上限分别为4m和7m。对掘巷后和采动条件两种工况下巷道围岩位移和应力分布情况进行分析,结果表明,随着窄煤柱宽度的加大,围岩变形量呈先减小后增大的趋势;当窄煤柱宽度为6m时,巷道变形量最小,确定窄煤柱最优留设宽度为6m。研究成果为其他类似条件工作面的煤柱留设提供参考。

【Abstract】 Based on the geological conditions and mining conditions of 701 working face in a coal mine in Inner Mongolia,the size of narrow coal pillar in fully mechanized top coal caving face under goaf was optimized by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. According to the theory of internal stress field and limit equilibrium area,the lower and upper limits of the size of narrow coal pillar were 4 m and 7 m. The stress and displacement distribution law of roadway surrounding rock under different coal pillar dimensions was numerically analyzed. With the increase of coal pillar size,the deformation of surrounding rock decreased first and then increased. When the width of pillar was 6 m,the deformation was the smallest. Therefore,the optimal width of narrow pillar was 6 m. The research results can provide references for other coal pillars with similar conditions.
