自然γ射线法在采煤机摇臂自动调高中探测煤层厚度的研究
Research of Seam Thickness Detection to Automatically Raise Shearer Arm Based on Natural γ-ray
【摘要】 自然γ射线在岩层中的含量远高于煤层,通过测量γ射线穿过煤层的强度衰减情况可以间接测量煤层高度。介绍自然γ射线测量煤层厚度的原理,分析γ射线强度与煤层厚度的关系,并确定其变化曲线。实验结果显示此种测量方法精度满足要求,为煤层厚度的测量提供了新的思路,也有助于采煤机自动调高的实现。
【Abstract】 The content of natural γ-ray in the rocks is much higher than in coal. By measuring the γ-ray intensity attenuation across the seam, we can indirectly measure the seam height. This article describes the γ-ray measurement principles of natural seam thickness, analyzes the relationship between γ-ray intensity and seam thickness, and determines its curves. The experimental results show that the accuracy of this measurement method meets the requirements, which provides a new way of sickness measurement and helps to implement shearer’s automatically increase.
