高速主轴动态性能的实验研究
Experimental Research on Dynamic Performance of High-speed Spindle
【摘要】 介绍了一种高速主轴性能的测试实验。采用DHDAS动态信号测试分析系统,在高速主轴工作状态下,采集不同转速下主轴两端的振动加速度信号,并利用仪器自带的分析软件以及MATLAB软件,对所得数据进行平滑、消除趋势项、积分变换等分析处理,提取了真实有效的信息,为高速主轴性能的研究和分析提供了依据。结果表明,该实验方法,实时高效,且抗干扰能力强,误差较小,是研究高速主轴振动特性的有效方法。
【Abstract】 A kind of performance testing experiment of high-speed spindle is introduced.When spindle is in working status,gathers vibration acceleration signals of both ends of high-speed spindle in different speed by DHDAS dynamic signal testing analysis system,uses own analysis software and MATLAB to deal with obtained data,such as smoothing,eliminating tendency term and integral transformation,and extracts real and effective information,providing basis for research and analysis of spindle performance.The results show that experiment method is real-time,efficient,of strong anti-jamming capability and smaller error,and is an effective method of studying vibration performance of high-speed spindle.
