放置方向对磁记忆检测信号的影响

【摘要】 金属磁记忆检测技术是利用磁致伸缩逆效应对铁磁性构件进行检测的新技术。通过试验,研究了构件的放置方向对磁记忆信号的影响。试验结果表明:无论试样如何放置,其表面的磁场强度分布规律没有发生变化,水平放置时磁场强度信号最大,构件水平(或铅垂)放置时,检测面平行和垂直于地磁轴2个方向的磁场强度几乎相等。构件的放置方向影响磁场强度的大小,对应力集中区的判断不产生影响。

【Abstract】 Metal magnetic memory testing(MMMT) method is a new method to inspect the ferromagnetic components by the converse magnetostrictive effect.This paper studies the effects of the placement direction to the magnetic memory signals through experiments.The experimental results indicate that no matter what direction the sample placed to,the laws of the distributing of the magnetic intensity do not change.Moreover,when the samples are placed horizontally,the magnetic intensity is biggest.When the samples are placed horizontally or vertically,the magnetic intensities of two directions,which are parallel and vertical to the geomagnetic axis,are nearly equal.The viewpoint is put forward that the placements direction of the components affect the magnetic intensities,but do not affect judging the stress raiser.
