电磁制动器在采煤机上的应用

【摘要】 为了提高在大倾角煤层工作面停机时采煤机制动的可靠性,针对采煤机液压制动器技术中存在的不足,在采煤机牵引电动机内部设计一种电磁制动器,其结构简单、设计合理、操作简便、响应速度快、制动力矩大,同时具有摩擦片磨损监测功能,能够自动补偿闸片磨损,使用效果好,有效地提高了煤矿生产效率,降低了工人的劳动强度。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the reliability of shearer brake when stopping in big inclined coal working face, aiming at the shortcomings of shearer hydraulic brake technology, an electromagnetic brake has been designed inside shearer traction motor, which has simple structure, reasonable design, simple operation, fast response and large braking torque. At the same time, it has the function of monitoring the wear of friction discs, which can automatically compensate the wear of brake discs, and has good use effect. It can effectively improve the production efficiency of coal mine and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
