化学腐蚀效应下页岩蠕变机理研究

【摘要】 为了研究化学腐蚀对页岩蠕变机理,开展化学-蠕变耦合试验,并以COMSOL软件作为平台进行化学-蠕变耦合页岩溶蚀数值模拟。结果表明:酸性或者碱性越强,离子浓度达到动态平衡状态时间越短,温度扩散越容易,产生较高温度梯度应力,影响岩石的蠕变特性;酸性溶液对页岩腐蚀程度比碱性溶液剧烈,对温度梯度变化程度影响也较大,影响页岩蠕变特性。数值模拟与蠕变试验得出结果一致。

【Abstract】 To research the creep mechanics of chemical corrosion on the shale, we carried out chemical creep coupling test and numerical simulation of chemical-creep coupled shale corrosion by taking COMSOL as platform. The results show that the stronger the acidity or alkalinity, the shorter the time for the ion concentration to reach a dynamic equilibrium state, the more internal voids appear, the easier the temperature diffusion and higher temperature gradient stress; the degree of corrosion of acidic solution to shale is more severe than that of alkaline solution, and higher temperature gradient stress is produced, which affects the creep characteristics of rock; the degree of corrosion of acid solution on shale is more severe than that of alkaline solution, and it also has a greater influence on the degree of temperature gradient change and the creep characteristics of shale. The results of numerical simulation and creep test are consistent.
