矿用无轨胶轮车大坡度巷道运行安全分析

【摘要】 对矿用无轨胶轮车在大坡度井巷稳定运行工况条件进行分析,提出了无轨胶轮车适应大坡度巷道安全运行的基本必要条件,阐述了车辆为满足坡道运行要求,在整车载荷均衡、牵引力均衡分配、车辆制动系统和各系统散热等方面应具备的性能要求,介绍了矿井在大坡度井巷应用无轨车辆应采取的安全运行措施。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the stable operation condition of mine trackless rubber wheels vehicle running on the large slope roadway, the paper proposed the basic necessary condition of the trackless rubber wheels safety running on the large slope roadway. To suffice for the requirement of vehicle running on slope, the performance requirements of the vehicle in terms of load balance, traction balance distribution, vehicle braking system and heat dissipation of each system are described. This paper introduces the safety operation measures for trackless vehicles in steep shaft.
