冻结深立井快速施工关键技术

【摘要】 新庄煤矿回风立井涌水量大,冻结深度为910 m,钻孔深度深,基岩厚度大,整体施工难度较大。根据该工程实际情况,结合掘砌段高及相关经验确定了冻结壁厚等工程相关参数,介绍了造孔纠偏、冻结交圈施工过程中的关键技术措施。合理的选择了掘砌施工中配套的机械化设备,并简要说明了冻结基岩段的爆破控制技术。实践表明,通过冻结—掘砌过程中各项关键技术的有效控制,有效保证了新庄回风立井井筒的安全快速施工。

【Abstract】 Xinzhuang Coal Mine has large water inflow from return air vertical wells, freezing depth of 910 m, deep drilling depth,and large bedrock thickness, and the overall construction is difficult. According to the actual situation of the project, the engineering parameters such as freezing wall thickness are determined based on the height of the excavation section and the relevant experience, and the key technical measures in the course of the construction of pore correction and freezing ring are introduced. The mechanized equipment used in excavation and masonry construction is reasonably selected, and the blasting control technology of frozen bedrock section is briefly described. The practice shows that the safe and rapid construction of Xinzhuang return air shaft can be guaranteed by effective control of key technologies in the process of freezing and excavation.
