煤矿火区远程控制快速隔离密闭装置

【摘要】 设计了一种可以远程控制煤矿火区快速密闭的隔离装置,介绍了快速密闭门整体设计思路,详细说明了门体强度设计、门体结构、锁紧机构、自救逃生机构等关键技术;远程控制煤矿火区快速密闭的隔离装置相比传统的砖闭、板闭具有快速、高效、可靠和安全等优点,能够保障矿井现场抢险救援人员的生命安全,实现矿井防灾减灾的安全性和高效性。

【Abstract】 This paper designs a kind of isolation device which can remotely control the quick sealing of coal mine fire area,introduces the whole design idea of the fast closed door, and explains in detail the key technologies such as the design of the door body strength, the structure of the door body, the locking mechanism, the self-rescue escape mechanism and so on. Compared with the traditional brick closure, the isolation device for the rapid sealing of coal mine fire area has the advantages of fast, high efficiency, reliability and safety, which can guarantee the life safety of rescue workers on the mine site. The safety and efficiency of mine disaster prevention and reduction are realized.
