露天矿台阶爆破合理堵塞长度确定方法

【摘要】 针对HML露天矿生产爆破过程中易产生飞石和块度不均匀的问题,为了确定合理的炮孔堵塞长度,运用大型显示非线性动力分析软件LS-DYNA建立有限元模型,根据具体工况分别对堵塞长度为2.5、3.5、4.5 m的露天矿台阶生产爆破进行数值模拟。结果表明,3种工况下,爆破振动峰值振速随着堵塞长度的增大而变大,通过峰值振速结合最大主应力分析,得出适合该露天矿的堵塞长度为4.5 m,扩充了炮孔堵塞长度的确定方法。

【Abstract】 For the problems of flying rocks and uneven blocks usually appeared in the HML open-pit mine and identify the reasonable length of blast hole blockage,we used LS-DYNA to establish models of bench blasting with three different length of blockage( 2. 5 m,3. 5 m,4. 5 m respectively) in the open-pit mine. From the peak particle velocity( PPV) of the simulation result on the three conditions,it shows that the longer of length was,the higher the PPV reached. Through the analysis of the maximum principal stress and the PPV,we concluded that 4. 5 m was the suitable length of blockage of this mine,which extended the identification method of length of blast hole blockage.
