塑性煤岩体应力连续测量试验研究

【摘要】 针对目前煤矿塑性煤岩体应力测量存在的问题和不足,提出了1种新的应力连续测量方法及装置。该方法及装置的软弹性感应器可以与钻孔孔壁耦合接触,克服了传统应力感应器伸缩量过小和抗压不抗拉的缺陷,并进行了实验室标准混凝土试件应力试验和现场初步试验。结果表明,该装置在测量过程中可以实现应力感应器与围岩快速主动耦合,并且不受钻孔周围围岩破坏程度影响。

【Abstract】 In view of the problems and insufficiency of stress measurement existing in plastic coal-rock mass in the present coal mine,a new method and device for the continuous stress measurement was proposed.This method and device with the soft elastic sensors can be coupled with the drill hole wall,which overcame the traditional stress sensors’ defects that expansion amount was too small and compressive not tensile.The laboratory stress test of standard concrete sample and initial field test were performed.The experiment result showed that stress sensors and surrounding rock can be realized fast active coupling by this device during the measurement process,and that was not affected by surrounding rock destruction degree around drilling.
