马克思恩格斯工人教育思想及其当代启示

【摘要】 当代中国工人阶级的范畴与结构已发生明显变化,工人阶级教育问题逐渐凸显。从历史上看,工人教育始终是马克思主义的关键问题。马克思和恩格斯针对教育的本质、内容与路径作出了回答,明确提出工人教育必须改变以往阶级教育的性质、具备科学的教育内容、形成多元的教育路径。马克思和恩格斯工人教育思想充分体现了马克思主义的科学性与实践性,是马克思主义理论教育的根本基础,为如何解决当代中国工人阶级教育新问题提供了启示。

【Abstract】 The scope and structure of contemporary Chinese working class have undergone significant changes, and the contradiction of educating the working class has gradually become prominent. Worker education has always been a key issue for Marxism. In the long-term theoretical and practical exploration, Marx and Engels gradually formed a series of scientific understandings and systematic views on worker education, answered the essence, content and path of the education, and clearly stated that the education must change the nature of class education, possess scientific educational content and form multiple educational paths. Marx and Engels’ thoughts of worker education fully embodies the scientific and practical nature of Marxism, lays the fundamental foundation of Marxist theoretical education, and provides a source of strength for how to solve the new problems of educating contemporary Chinese working class.
