超缓凝砂浆的研究和应用

【摘要】 超缓凝砂浆是由水泥、复合缓凝剂和砂经适当配比而成,能在5℃~40℃范围内,30天内不凝结,而在30天后才开始硬化,并最终达到30MPa以上的抗压强度.超缓凝砂浆使用于预应力混凝土体系中,形成一种新颖独特的缓粘结预应力筋形式,即在施工过程中,和无粘结预应力筋一样简便,而在使用中由于包覆于预应力钢筋上的超缓凝砂浆硬化,达到与有粘结筋一样的效果.经实际桥梁工程使用,均满足设计和施工要求.

【Abstract】 Super-retarding mortar is composed of cement, retarding admix and sand blended in appropriate rate. Ranging from 50C to 40’℃, it does not coagulate within 30 days. Itstarts to harden and finally reaches the compressive strenth of over 30 MPa after 30 days.Because Super-retarcling mortar is used in prestressed concrete, a new creative retarding coherence system is formed. As a result, it is as simple as the non-coherence prestressed concrete in construction. Because the super-retarding mortar which wraps the prestressed steelbar hardens in construction, the same restult as gained from the coherence prestressed concrete is obtained. Its application in practical bridge engineering proves that it meets the demands of design and construction in a quick and simple way. So its economic and social effects are quite remarkable.
