【摘要】 森林资源是人类赖以生存的重要自然资源之一,林木、林地、森林景观、森林生态价值等资源资产不仅为人类提供必需的生产、生活用品,同样为人类的社会经济发展做出极大贡献,为人类的生存环境提供可靠保障。森林资源一直扮演着服务大众的角色,森林管理者很难从林业资源中获得利益,随着林权制度的深入改革,随着我国生态文明建设的进展,森林资产的价值逐渐表现显露出来,森林资产评估业务将越做越大,森林资源的资产转让、森林资源抵押贷款及合作股份经营等林业经济行为逐渐成为主流。通过对东江国有林场森林资源进行资产评估研究,从森林资源价值组成、评估方法及评估意义、需解决的问题、资产评估作用及资产评估对策等几个方面进行阐述及研究,为森林资源资产评估提供参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Forest resources are one of the important natural resources for human life.Forest, woodland, forest landscape and forest ecological value not only provide human life necessities, but also contribute to human social and economic development and provide reliable guarantee for human survival. With the reform of forest right system and the development of ecological civilization construction, the value of forest assets has gradually emerged. The business of forest assets assessment will become bigger and bigger, and the asset transfer, mortgage and cooperative management of forest resources will gradually become the mainstream. Through the study on the asset evaluation of forest resources in Dongjiang State-owned Forest Farm, this paper expounds the composition of the value of forest resources, the evaluation methods and significance, the problems to be solved, the role of asset evaluation and the countermeasures of asset evaluation, so as to provide reference value for the asset evaluation of forest resources.更多还原
