【摘要】 基于产业经济学理论,构建了森林食品产业结构水平与产业集聚程度的评价指标体系和多指标综合指数模型,对东北国有林区森林食品产业结构水平与产业集聚程度的综合指数进行测算和分析。研究结果表明:产业结构水平表现最优的为吉林集团,产业集聚程度表现最优的为龙江森工集团,二者表现均较差的为大兴安岭林业集团;在产业结构水平评价中,龙江森工集团表现略优于大兴安岭林业集团,二者差距不大,但在产业集聚程度评价中,大兴安岭林业集团与龙江森工集团和吉林集团存在较明显的差异。为了促进东北国有林区森林食品产业持续快速发展,必须进一步规范森林食品产业标准化生产及认证流程,加快推动森林食品产业品牌建设,依靠科技创新提高森林食品产业科技含量,优化森林食品产业市场布局拓展投融资渠道,完善森林食品产业扶持政策体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 ⑴ Background——The state attaches great importance to the development of forestry industry.The forestry food industry in state-owned forests in northeast China is developing rapidly.It is still a subject to be discussed to continue to tap the development potential of the forestry food industry,adjust and optimize the industrial development layout,and explore the reasonable industrial development mode for promoting the income increase of forestry industry in forests.⑵ Methods——Based on the theory of industrial economics,the evaluation index system and multi-index comprehensive index model of forest food industrial structure level and industrial agglomeration degree are constructed to calculate and analyze the comprehensive index of forest food industrial structure level and industrial agglomeration degree.The data comes from the China Forestry Statistical Yearbook of 2007-2016.⑶ Results——The scatter distribution rates of the output value component, yield structure component, output value pure competitiveness component and yield pure competitiveness component of the forest food industry in the northeast state-owned forest region in the first quadrant are 66.67%, 55.56%, 55.56% and 55.56%, respectively.The occupational value of the first and fourth quadrants is 88.89%, and the advantages and disadvantages of the first and second quadrants are 55.56%.The comprehensive comparative advantage index has been floating above and below.The planting area is on the rise in volatility, and the planting output and industrial output value are increasing year by year.It is predicted that the forest food industry output value will reach 30.66 billion yuan in 2021.The comprehensive index of industrial structure level is ranked by Jilin Group(0.903 9)> Longjiang Sengong Group(0.367 8)> Daxinganling Forestry Group(0.275 7), and the comprehensive index of industrial agglomeration is ranked by Longjiang Sengong Group(0.741 4)>Jilin Group(0.404 0)> Daxinganling Forestry Group(0.193 6).The forest food industry of Jilin Group,Longjiang Forest Industry Group and Daxing’anling Forestry Group has different performances in the evaluation indexes of structural level and industrial agglomeration degree.The three major groups each have their own advantages.⑷ Conclusions and Discussions——Jilin Group has the best industrial structure in northeast state-owned forest regions,Longjiang Forest Industry Group has the best industrial agglomeration degree,and Daxing’anling Forestry Group has the worst industrial agglomeration degree.In the evaluation of industrial structure level,the performance of Longjiang Forest Industry Group is slightly better than that of Daxing’anling Forest Industry Group,with a small gap between the two groups.However,in the evaluation of industrial agglomeration degree,there are obvious differences between Daxing’anling Forest Industry Group,Longjiang Forest Industry Group and Jilin Group.The countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to standardize the standardized production and certification process of forest food industry,accelerate the brand building of forest food industry,improve the scientific and technological content of forest food industry by scientific and technological innovation,optimize the market layout of forest food industry,expand investment and financing channels and improve the policy system of forest food industry support.更多还原
