【Abstract】 This paper concentrates on analyzing a series of issues such as what the natural protected area system is,why we should establish the natural protected area system dominated by national parks and how to establish a new type of natural protected area system. Through macro analysis and policy interpretation, the author introduced the solution and path on establishing the management system of natural protected area based on the reality in China and international experience.更多还原
