【摘要】 "供给侧结构性改革"强调生产要素的组合与配置,服务主导逻辑强调使用价值和共同创造,这与国有林场改革方向一致。文章分析了服务主导逻辑的发展历程与内涵,并以逻辑分析的方法探讨了目前服务分类的内在逻辑矛盾,调整了可包涵生态服务的服务逻辑架构。在分析服务主导逻辑与国有林场服务功能的契合性后,提出了以需求服务和供给服务为支撑点的与国有林场服务系统架构,最后提出了国有林场服务功能的可能实现路径,为其他自然资源资产的利用提供借鉴价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The"Supply-side Structural Reform"emphasizes the combination and allocation of production factors and the"Service-oriented Logic"emphasizes the use value and co-creation, which is in line with the reform of the state-owned forest farms. This paper analyzed the development process and connotation of service-oriented logic and analyzed the inherent logical contradiction of service classification by logical method, and then put forward a logical framework of services that could include ecological services. After analyzing the conformity between service dominant logic and function transformation of state-owned forest farms, this paper proposed a framework of the state-owned forest farms service system which took demand service and supply service as the supporting points. At last, it put forward the realization route of service functions of state-owned forest farms, so as to provide reference for the utilization of other natural resources assets.更多还原
