基于分布式光纤测温系统的油罐监测技术研究

【摘要】 油罐区光纤光栅测温系统在长时间使用过程中存在光纤易损、温度漂移等现象,不能实现储罐的本质安全。针对该问题,应用分布式光纤测温系统,从系统原理、总体设计以及现场布置等方面介绍了该探测技术,该探测技术克服了点式光纤光栅测温系统存在的误报率高、维护困难等问题,对今后油罐区的消防安全有借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 During long time using, some problems of the oil tank farm optical fiber grating temperature measuring system arise, such as optical fiber vulnerability and temperature drift etc. The essential safety of the storage tank can’t be realized. In view of the problems, the distributed optical fiber temperature measuring system is applied. The detection technology is introduced from the aspects of system principle, overall design and field layout. The technology overcomes the problem of high false alarm rate and difficult maintenance in the point-type optical fiber grating temperature measuring system. The detection technology can be referenced for the fire safety of oil tank farm in the future.
