多参数水质传感器设计
Designe of Multi-Parameter Water Quanlity Sensor
【摘要】 为简化水质传感器传输线路,提高传感器电导率参数和pH值参数的测量精度,分别采用单芯电缆结构、六层板堆叠方式和单端输入模式优化设计。研究结果表明:单芯电缆结构可以在为传感器直流供电的同时,通过电源线传输数据。六层板堆叠方式具有更加优异和稳定的噪声抑制能力。采用单端输入模式时,pH传感器工作电极需接高阻抗输入端,其校准方法应采用等电位点校准法。
【Abstract】 In order to simplify the transmission line of water quality sensor and improve the measurement accuracy of conductivity and pH parameters,single-core cable structure,six-layer stacking mode and single-end input mode were used to optimize the design. The analysis results show that the single core cable structure transmits data through the power line when supplying DC power for the sensor. The six-layer plate has more excellent and stable noise suppression ability. When using single-ended mode,the working electrode of the p H sensor should to be connected to the high impedance input terminal,and the equipotential point calibration method is adopted to calibrate the pH sensor value.
