山西某污水处理厂工艺设计案例解析

【摘要】 指出了山西某污水处理厂,设计规模为32×10~4 m~3/d,采用全地下式的布置方式。全厂采用"改良AAO+纤维过滤"和MBR两种污水处理工艺,其中改良AAO+纤维过滤工艺设计规模为20万m~3/d和MBR工艺设计规模为12万m~3/d,出水水质按照国家一级A出水标准。目前,项目已经稳定运行3年,出水可稳定达到设计标准,极大地改善了区域内的环境质量。且采用地下式的布置,景观效果较好,真正将污水处理厂打造成了服务周边的生态设施。分析了其工艺流程,总结了其核心工艺,以供参考。

【Abstract】 A sewage treatment plant in Shanxi designed a scale of 32×104 m3/d and adopts a full underground layout. The whole plant adopts "modified AAO+fiber filtration" and MBR two kinds of sewage treatment processes, among which the modified AAO+ fiber filtration process design scale is 200,000 m3/d and the MBR process design scale is 120,000 m3/d, and the effluent water quality is in accordance with the "national first level A effluent standard". Nowadays, this project has operated stably for three years and the effluent can stably meet the design standards, greatly improving the environmental quality in the region. And the underground layout, the landscape effect is better, and the sewage treatment plant is truly built into the surrounding ecological facilities.
