基于频率计算法的毕节市气象站降水量分析

【摘要】 指出了随着经济和社会的快速发展,人类对水资源的需求越来越高,如何调配水资源、高效地利用水资源成为地区当下发展急待解决的关键问题,特别是在喀斯特这种特殊的地表水循环二元结构中,水资源的循环利用和保护更显得尤为重要。收集了毕节站1961~2015年降水数据,选用皮尔逊Ⅲ型理论曲线进行多年不同频率下降水的拟合,旨在得出经验频率曲线,拟合出了一条最优的毕节站降水频率理论拟合曲线。结果表明:■=888.37,Cv=0.15,Cs=1.5Cv。利用该条拟合曲线可计算出毕节地区不同频率条件下的降水量,能为该地区水资源利用提供依据及为相关水利部门管理水资源提供科学的指导。

【Abstract】 As the source of life for all things, water resources are the basic conditions for human survival and social development, which play an important role in the natural environment and social environment. They are essential for maintaining the earth’s ecosystem, recycling mechanism and supporting social and economic development. With the irreplaceable strategic resources, with the rapid development of economy and society, human beings have higher and higher demand for water resources. How to allocate water resources and use water resources efficiently has become a key issue for the current development of the region. Especially in the special dual structure of surface water circulation in karst, the recycling and protection of water resources is even more important. This paper collects the precipitation data from 1961 to 2015 in Bijie Station, and uses the Pearson Ⅲ theoretical curve to fit the water of different frequencies for many years. The purpose is to obtain the empirical frequency curve and fit an optimal Bijie station precipitation frequency theory. Curve. It is concluded that: =888.37, Cv = 0.15, Cs = 1.5 Cv. The fitting curve can be used to calculate the precipitation under different frequency conditions in Bijie area, which can provide a basis for water resources utilization in the region and provide scientific guidance for the relevant water conservancy departments to manage water resources.
