【摘要】 为了适应煤炭市场变化,提高企业的经济效益,黑岱沟选煤厂对洗选劣煤的一期系统(8.0 Mt/a)和二期系统(12.0 Mt/a)进行了弛张筛改造,入选下限由13 mm降低到6 mm。改造后,筛分系统使用的香蕉筛更换为弛张筛,进入重介浅槽和跳汰机的入洗量增大,检修维护方式发生改变,经过一段时间实践,总结对比了新的检修维护要点。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to adapt to the change of coal market and improve the economic benefit of the enterprise, Heidaigou Coal Preparation Plant has carried out the reconstruction of 8.0 Mt/a and 12.0 Mt/a for washing and inferior coal, and the lower limit of washing is reduced from 13 mm to 6 mm. After the transformation, the sieving banana sieves of the screening system are replaced by flip-flow screen.
