神山露天煤矿靠帮并段台阶控制爆破应用

【摘要】 露天矿内排土场建立时,为了合理利用内排端帮运输道路,提出端帮台阶并段措施。通过实施预裂爆破,保障了端帮运输道路的安全性,减少了上部端帮松散岩石滚落及降低了爆破震动对端帮道路的影响。以神山露天煤矿为例,介绍了靠帮并段台阶预裂爆破参数的设计及施工流程。通过爆破地震效应试验,监测预裂孔质点峰值速度,与允许安全速度对比分析表明了预裂爆破减震效果明显,减震效果达到45%以上。

【Abstract】 In order to make rational use of internal dump end slope transport road, when the internal dump is established, end slope merging steps measure is presented. Through implementing pre-splitting blasting, it guarantees the safety of end slope transport road and reduces the upper loose rock rolling down and the effect of blasting vibration on the transport road. Taking Shenshan open-pit coal mine for example, the article introduces the design and construction process of pre-splitting blasting parameter for end slope merging steps. By testing blasting seismic effect, the particle peak velocity of pre-splitting hole is monitored and compared with allowed safe speed, which shows that pre-splitting blasting damping effect is obvious and damping effect is more than 45%.
