台阶中深孔爆破震动的控制技术及应用
Bench medium-length hole blasting vibration control technology and application
【摘要】 爆破震动是工程爆破中的主要危害之一。爆破震动的破坏强度随着装药爆炸能量的增加而增大。本文就南芬露天矿下盘滑体爆破中从控制爆破能量源和爆破能量的传递过程两个方面分析降低爆破震动作用,提出合理选择炸药品种、严格控制同段起爆药量、采取分散装药结构、延时爆破及采取预裂爆破等措施有效降低爆破振动,保证矿山生产顺利进行。
【Abstract】 Blasting vibration is one of the main hazards,blasting vibration intensity of the charge of destroyed the increase of the explosion energy,this sliding plate in the body under Nanfen open-pit mine blasting applications blast from the control of energy sources and energy blast two aspects of the transfer process reduces blasting vibration analysis of the role,made a reasonable choice varieties of explosives,and strictly control the amount of primary explosive in the same paragraph,decentralized charging structure,delay blasting and take other measures to pre-split blasting reduces blasting vibration,ensuring mine production carried out smoothly.
