锂电正极前驱体氨氮废水资源化利用新工艺

【摘要】 介绍了锂电行业正极材料前驱体及硫酸、磷肥等行业氨氮废水的处理方法。分析了物化法、膜分离法和生化法处理氨氮废水的特点,瓮福(集团)有限责任公司采用多种工艺组合工艺处理氨氮废水。运行实践表明:采用物化法能够去除其中大部分污染物质,提高污水的可生化性和膜分离性能,再结合膜分离法和生化法,最终实现废水的达标排放或资源化回收利用,氨氮废水处理总成本为16元/t。

【Abstract】 The precursors of cathode materials in lithium-electric industry and the treatment methods of ammonia-nitrogen wastewater in sulphuric acid and phosphate fertilizer industries are introduced.The characteristics of physicochemical,membrane separation and biochemical treatment of ammonia nitrogen wastewater are analyzed.Wengfu Group Co.,Ltd.adopted a variety of combined processes to treat ammonia nitrogen wastewater.The operation practice shows that most of the pollutants can be removed by physicochemical method,and the biodegradability and membrane separation performance of wastewater can be improved.Combined with membrane separation and biochemical method,the wastewater can be discharged up to the standard or recycled.The total cost of ammonia-nitrogen wastewater treatment is 16 yuan/t.
