【Abstract】 Based on information property right theory, the paper gives a new definition of intellectual property right system, reviews contents of the copyright law, patent law and trademark law, and constructs a legal theory system which has a complete system and adapts to the needs of ages. Meanwhile, the paper holds that powers and functions of the copyright, patent right and trademark right in traditional intellectual property right probably can be put under information property right.更多还原
