【摘要】 目的:利用付出沉重代价的5.12地震资源,研究地震后新生儿出生缺陷率的增长趋势。方法:充分收集汶川大地震重灾区彭州市新生儿出生缺陷资源,运用地震后的出生缺陷73例,与该市地震前的88例做比较分析。结果:该市震后出生缺陷率平均水平比震前增长了2.9‰,尤其是震时己孕3个月以内、震后再孕者,分别增长了4.6‰、5.9‰。出生缺陷的种类变化还看不出规律,尚待进一步研究。讨论:地震等灾害事件应特别重视妇幼保健,面对出生缺陷增长的严峻数据,结合中医"奇病"观,深入分析灾害对妊娠3个月"质"与"量"的影响,寻找积极有效的预防措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To use the 5.12 earthquake in resources of pay a heavy price after the earthquake,study the rate of birth defects in the growth trend.Methods:To full collection the resources birth defects in Pengzhou of the hardest hit Wenchuan earthquake,and use of birth defects after the earthquake of 73 cases,to do the comparative analysis with the city 88 cases before the earthquake.Results:After the earthquake the city’s rate of birth defects than the average pre-shock increase of 2.9‰,in particular,when the shock has been less than 3 months pregnant,pregnant after shock,increase of 4.6‰,5.9‰ respectively.The types of birth defects also do not see the law change,pending further study.Conclusion:Earthquake disaster events should pay special attention to maternal and child health,growth in the face of severe birth defects data,combined with traditional Chinese medicine "odd disease" concept,in-depth analysis of disasters on the pregnancy in March of "quality" and "quantity" of the impact of an active search for effective preventive measures.更多还原
