分子筛生产装置产品结晶度不合格因素分析及对策

【摘要】 通过实验室实验和实际生产相结合的办法,从洗涤水、硫酸铵、硝酸稀土、NaY分子筛、焙烧温度等方面,对工业生产过程中分子筛结晶度出现多个不合格点情况进行原因查找和分析。结果表明:硫酸铵pH对分子筛结晶度的影响最大,pH在3.2~4.0范围内时,结晶度损失较少。根据实际生产观察,作为滤饼洗涤水的回用废水水质对过滤效果和结晶度有一定的影响,焙烧炉炉温也对结晶度损失有影响。

【Abstract】 The reasons for the non-conformity of molecular sieve crystals in the industrial production process were found and analyzed through the combination of laboratory experiments and actual production from the aspects of washing water, ammonium sulfate, rare earth nitrate, NaY molecular sieve and roasting temperature. The results showed that the pH of ammonium sulfate had the greatest effect on the crystal degree of molecular sieve, and the loss of crystallinity was less when the pH was in the range of 3.2~4.0. According to the actual production observation, the water quality of recycled wastewater as filter cake washing water had a certain influence on the filtration effect and crystallinity, and the temperature of the roasting furnace also had effect on the loss of crystallinity.
