镇静催眠药巴比妥酸的合成研究
Synthesis of Barbituric Acid as a Sedative Hypnotic Drug
【摘要】 以丙二酸二乙酯和尿素为原料,采用直接缩合法合成巴比妥酸。考察了反应的原料配比、反应时间、反应温度、搅拌速度等对巴比妥酸产率的影响。实验结果表明,巴比妥酸最佳的合成条件为:原料配比为1.6:1,反应时间为120 min,反应温度为90℃,搅拌速度为30 r/s。
【Abstract】 Barbituric acid was synthesized from diethyl malonate and urea with sodium ethoxide as catalyst by direct condensation. The effects of the ratio of raw materials, reaction time, reaction temperature and stirring speed on the yield of barbituric acid were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were found as follows: the ratio of raw materials 1:1.6, the reaction time 120 min, the reaction temperature 90℃, and the stirring speed 30 r/s.
