垃圾焚烧飞灰的经济环保处置探讨

【摘要】 垃圾焚烧发电厂近年来迅速发展,产生的焚烧飞灰也逐年增加。飞灰中含大量重金属物质,浸出毒性中以铅含量超标问题最为突出。在多种飞灰稳定化技术中,螯合剂稳定化适应pH值范围宽、增容小、抗浸出效果好,应用最为广泛。整个飞灰稳定化成本中螯合剂成本大于60%,在保证环保指标的情况下,螯合剂的加入量多少决定了飞灰处置成本的高低。通过大量的取样分析,掌握垃圾焚烧电厂飞灰浸出铅含量规律,开展螯合剂加入量小试实验,以确定螯合剂最佳加入量,既环保又经济地处置垃圾焚烧电厂飞灰。

【Abstract】 Waste incineration power plants have developed rapidly in recent years,and the incineration fly ash produced has also increased year by year. Fly ash contains a lot of heavy metal substances,and the problem of excessive lead content in leaching toxicity is the most prominent. In a variety of fly ash stabilization technologies,the chelating agent stabilization is the most widely used due to a wide pH range,small capacity increase,and good anti-leaching effect. The cost of the chelating agent in the whole fly ash stabilization cost is more than 60%.Therefore,in the case of ensuring environmental protection indicators,the amount of chelating agent added determines the disposal cost of the fly ash. Through a large number of sampling and analysis,to master the rule of lead leaching of fly ash from waste incineration power plants,and carry out small test experiments on the adding amount of chelating agent to determine the optimal addition,that is,environmentally friendly and economical disposal of fly ash from waste incineration power plants.
