浅谈非规模化畜禽养殖污染防治监管对策

【摘要】 近年来,我国环境保护形势得到了较好的发展,环保工作取得了很多实质成效。在非规模化养殖仍然是目前我国主要的养殖方式的情况下,非规模化养殖仍然存在地点分散、布局规划不合理、粪污综合利用方式欠缺的问题,导致大量的养殖粪水污染周边环境。目前相关的法律法规仍不完善,监管职责仍然划分不清,严重威胁当地环境质量安全。针对非规模化畜禽养殖污染防治的严峻形势和监管方面存在的问题进行分析,并提出相关的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,environmental protection has obtained extensive development in china.However,small scale poultry and livestock farming is still the main way,and there are still some problems in small scale farming,such as scattered location,unreasonable layout planning and lack of reasonable utilization of piggery waste,which lead to a large amount of fecal sewage polluting the surrounding environment.At present,the relevant laws and regulations are still imperfect,and the responsibilities of supervision are still unclear,which seriously threatens the local environmental quality and safety.In this paper,the serious situation of pollution prevention and control in non-scale livestock and poultry farming and the existing problems in supervision are analyzed,and the relevant countermeasures are put forward.更多还原
