沈阳市生态环境敏感脆弱区评价及划分

【摘要】 以沈阳市为例,从空间角度识别沈阳市生态环境敏感脆弱区域,来明确生态环境保护的目标与重点,确保生态保护红线划定范围的科学准确,项目组依据《生态保护红线划定指南》(环办生态〔2017〕48号)等技术规范要求,运用GIS空间分析与遥感影像解译技术,结合沈阳市生态环境现状调查结果,对沈阳市不同环境敏感脆弱类型区域进行了评价及等级、区域划分工作。评价结果表明,沈阳市生态环境敏感性中极敏感和高度敏感区域主要分布于康平县的西北部和中部,法库县的西部,新民市的西部和中部,辽河、蒲河、浑河、养息牧河、秀水河、柳河等河流沿岸,以及全市的湿地、水库区。生态环境极敏感区域为2 335 km2,占沈阳市土地总面积的18.16%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking Shenyang as an example,this paper identifies the environment sensitive and fragile areas in Shenyang from the spatial point of view,in order to clarify the goal and key points of ecological environmental protection,and to ensure the scientific and accurate scope of ecological protection Red Line delimitation.Based on the technical specifications such as the Guidelines for the Delimitation of the Red Line of Ecological Protection(eco[2017]48),the project team used GIS spatial analysis and remote sensing image interpretation technology to combine the results of Shenyang ecological environment survey,and the evaluation,grading and zoning of different environmentally sensitive and vulnerable types of Shenyang were carried out.The evaluation results showed that the extremely sensitive and highly sensitive areas of Shenyang ecological environment sensitivity were mainly distributed in the northwest and middle of Kangping County,the western part of Faku County,the western and central part of the Xinmin,the west and middle of Liaohe river,Puhe river,Hunhe river,Yangximu River,Xiushui River,Liuhe river and other rivers along the rivers,as well as the city’s wetland and reservoir area.The ecological environment is extremely sensitive to the area of 2 335 km2,accounting for 18.16% of the total land area of Shenyang.更多还原
