基于O-E-R概念模型的土壤环境承载力指标体系研究——以四川省某区县为例

【摘要】 探讨了土壤环境承载力的概念内涵,基于界定的土壤环境承载力O-E-R概念模型,从承载对象(O)、本底耐力(E)、恢复能力(R)3个层次筛选10项指标,构建土壤环境承载力指标体系。结合四川省社会、经济、环境、管理水平进行指标分级,借助模糊综合评判法评估四川省某区县2011—2015年土壤环境承载力,并进行不确定性分析。结果显示,该区县土壤环境承载力落入[0.34,0.43]区间,属于中等水平。2011—2015年土壤环境承载力间断上升,2013年为间断点。提高土壤环境承载力的重要途径是政策、行政监督。评价指标敏感度介于[0.008,0.045]区间,无冗余指标;有效权重变化量处于[-0.032,0.015]区间,指标权重合理。

【Abstract】 The connotation of soil environmental carrying capacity was discussed. Based on the O-E-R concept model,ten indicators were selected from three aspects of soil environmental carrying capacity:bearing object(O),background endurance(E)and resilience(R),to construct evaluation index system. Indicators were graded according to the levels of social,economy,environment and management from Sichuan Province. Finally,this index system was applied in certain district of Sichuan Province to evaluate its soil environmental carrying capacity by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,along with uncertainty analysis. Result shows that:during the year 2011 to 2015,soil environmental carrying capacity of the district fell into the [0.34,0.43]interval,which was a medium level;in the year of 2011-2015,the soil environmental carrying capacity increased intermittently,with a discontinuous point in the year of 2013. Policy and administrative supervision are main ways to improve soil environmental carrying capacity. The index sensitivity and effective weight fell into the interval of [0.008,0.045]and[-0.032,0.015]respectively.Thus,no redundant indicators and unreasonable weights exist.
