采用大孔吸附树脂对蒽醌废水中有机物吸附利用研究

【摘要】 采用非极性大孔吸附树脂去除蒽醌废水中的苯酮类有机物,并保留废水的铝含量与酸度。实验结果表明,在4种交换树脂中,LS-106大孔树脂对苯乙酮吸附效果最好,在室温、流速为5 BV/h的条件下,树脂对苯乙酮的吸附容量最大,铝含量与酸度保持在了6.78%(以Al2O3含量计)与3.65%(以盐酸酸度计);甲醇可对苯乙酮进行高效解析,解析率为99%,并采用蒸馏装置可对甲醇循环再利用。该工艺操作简单完善、成本低廉,实现了污染的零排放与资源的综合利用。

【Abstract】 The use of non-polar macroporous resins was to remove benzophenone organic compounds in anthraquinone wastewater and retain the aluminum and acidity content. Experimental results showed that LS-106 resins showed the best adsorption performance among the four resins. Maximum adsorption capacity of the resins was obtained under flow rate of 5 BV/h at room temperature. The aluminum content was keeping at 6.78%(calculated by Al2 O3 content) and the acidity was keeping at 3.65%(calculated by hydrochloride acidity). Methanol can efficiently resolve acetophenone and be recycled by distillation device. The resolution rate was 99%. The process was simple and low cost,which achieved zero emissions of pollution and comprehensive utilization of resources.
