BIM在PC构件深化设计中的应用

【摘要】 为更好地解决建筑结构构件拆分不合理、PC(混凝土预制件)构件连接处钢筋碰撞、PC构件内部钢筋预埋件错位及PC构件施工过程中管理难度加大等问题,通过利用BIM(建筑信息模型)技术,优化PC构件拆分方案、在PC构件深化设计过程中检测钢筋预埋件之间的碰撞、结合进度计划实现4D虚拟施工模拟。实践表明:BIM技术应用于PC构件设计,可以提高装配式混凝土结构的生产和施工效率。

【Abstract】 BIM technology can be introduced to solve the problems such as the irrational split of building structural members, the collisions of the steel bars between precast-concrete members, the dislocation of steel bars and embedded parts inside precast-concrete members and the increase of difficulty in the construction management of precast-concrete members. The utilization of BIM technology will optimize precast-concrete members split scheme, detect collision between steel bars and embedded parts during the process of detail design, and implement 4 D virtual construction simulation combined with schedule plan. Practice shows that the application of BIM in the design of precast-concrete members can improve the production and construction efficiency of precast-concrete structures.
