【Abstract】 It is common the column exists in the construction of ancient Chiang branches, all ethnic groups in Yunnan, this is not just a form of coupling, but also inherited the traditional model of ancient Chiang people live.The column is the constant gene in construction, guarantee the stable development of the spatial pattern of Chiang houses.In this paper, taking Yi, Tibetan for example, to explore the origins of the concept in three columns from the physical form,belief systems and space respectively, trying from a broader context to understand the architectural forms in the column.更多还原
