日本山体治理技术在四川灾后植被恢复中的应用

【摘要】 四川汶川"5.12"特大地震造成该区域大面积山体坍塌及植被损毁,滑坡、泥石流等次生灾害不断,森林生态系统破坏严重。以绵竹市为例,结合震后林业灾后重建,与地质灾害频发、山体治理经验丰富的日本开展技术合作,对灾毁林地及森林植被进行治理恢复,探索符合中国国情的山体治理措施。分析探讨了在治理成本、技术路线等方面存在的问题,为今后开展同类灾害治理及植被恢复工作提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 Sichuan Wenchuan 5·12 earthquake caused a large area of mountain collapse and vegetation damage,and secondary disasters lasted such as landslides and mudslides.The forest ecosystems had been seriously damaged.Taking Mianzhu for example,with the post-earthquake forestry reconstruction,through the mountain repair technical cooperation with Japan who has a rich experience,the disaster woodland and forest vegetation were treated and recovered,the mountain repair techniques were explored under China’s national conditions,and the actual effects of treatment were summarized.We analyzed the problems in treatment costs and technology roadmap,and would provid the reference of the similar disaster control and revegetation work for future.
