钻井工程异常机理分析与录井检测

【摘要】 为了进一步提高钻井工程异常预报的及时率、准确率,提升录井服务质量,应用数理统计方法对引起各类钻井工程事故发生的因素进行统计分析,获得了如下认识:导致工程事故发生的宏观因素主要与地层中区域地质构造、地层岩性、岩石物性等地质特性密切相关,其机理是通过地层内部微观的地应力场、渗流场、温度场等耦合作用引发地质因素变化表现出来。在钻探过程中,通过录井参数变化可以反证地质因素变化,由此可以建立录井参数变化与地应力场、渗流场、温度场变化的对应关系,从而实现从钻井工程异常预警到事故预报的安全、优化钻井。该文介绍了初步建立起来的录井参数与应力场、渗流场和温度场的对应关系,实际应用表明,利用该对应关系较大程度地提高了钻井工程异常预报符合率。

【Abstract】 In order to further increase timeliness and accuracy rate of drilling engineering abnormal predictions and improve mud logging service quality,the paper made a statistical analysis of the elements which resulted in different kinds of drilling engineering accidents with mathematical statistics methods.The obtained cognition was that the macro elements resulted in engineering accidents were closely related to the formation geologic characteristics of area geologic structure,formation lithology,petrophysical property,and the mechanism was represented by formation geologic factors, which were triggered by coupling actions,such as microscopic earth stress field,seepage field and temperature field.During drilling,mud logging parameter changes could reflect the geologic factor changes,and therefore the corresponding relations between the changes of mud logging parameters and that of earth stress field,seepage field and temperature field could be set up,thus realizing safely and optimized drilling from drilling engineering abnormal earlywarning of accident prediction.The paper introduced the corresponding relations which were initially set up between mud logging parameters and earth stress field,seepage field and temperature field,and the practical application indicated using this relation can improve drilling engineering abnormal prediction coincidence rate to a great extent.
