次氯酸钠活化橡胶沥青微观特性研究

【摘要】 为改善橡胶沥青储存稳定性,采用次氯酸钠活化橡胶粉的方法制备活化橡胶沥青,对活化前后的橡胶沥青性能微观和宏观性能进行测试。研究结果表明:次氯酸钠活化改善了胶粉与沥青的相容性,使得胶粉与沥青的反应更加充分;活化胶粉降低了橡胶沥青黏度,改善了橡胶沥青施工和易性,且提高了橡胶沥青的高温性能;通过红外光谱观测可知,活化橡胶沥青没有出现明显的特征峰,表明活化橡胶沥青主要以物理反应为主;此外,采用HP-GPC的方法,测得活化橡胶沥青的LMS值明显高于普通橡胶沥青,且建立了橡胶沥青LMS与车辙因子的回归方程,该回归方程计算的预测值与实测值具有很好的拟合度。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the storage stability of rubber asphalt, the activated rubber asphalt was prepared by using sodium hypochlorite to activate rubber powder and the microcosmic and macroscopic properties of rubber asphalt before and after activation were tested. The results show that the activation of sodium hypochlorite improves the compatibility of rubber powder and asphalt and makes the reaction between rubber powder and asphalt more sufficient. Activated rubber powder reduces the viscosity of rubber asphalt, improves the construction workability of rubber asphalt and improves the high-temperature performance of rubber asphalt. According to the infrared spectrum observation, there is no obvious characteristic peak of activated rubber asphalt, which indicates that the activated rubber asphalt is mainly physical reaction. In addition, using the HP-GPC method, the LMS value of activated rubber asphalt was measured to be significantly higher than that of ordinary rubber asphalt and a regression equation of rubber asphalt LMS and rut factor was established. The predicted valcue calculated by the regression equation had a good fitting degree with the measured value.
