尚志公铁立交桥橡胶支座合理布置与更换技术研究

【摘要】 橡胶支座是桥梁结构的重要组成部分。尽管橡胶支座的性能不断改进,布置不断完善,但不少桥梁建成后还是存在支座失效及梁体滑移问题,增加了桥梁的维修费用。对尚志公铁立交桥梁体滑移和橡胶支座合理布置的问题进行了探讨,提出了坡桥支座布置原则、钢扁担梁法支座更换新技术及动态控制等方法,以提高和改善橡胶支座的布置与更换技术。

【Abstract】 Rubber bearing is an important part of bridge structure.Although the performance of rubber bearing has been improved continuously and the rational layout has been perfected endlessly,many bridges still have the problems of bearing failure and girder displacement,which increased the maintenance expense.This paper discussed the problem of girder displacement and the rational layout of rubber bearings in Shangzhi Highway-Railway Cross-bridge,and put forward the principle of bearing layout in ramp bridge,the technology of bearing replacement with steel carrying pole and the method of dynamic control in order to enhance and improve the rational layout and replacement technology of rubber bearings.
