【Abstract】 The capital had a violent earthquake in the 18th Years(1679) of Kanghsi,which caused the giant personnel casualty and the belongings loss.Facing this disaster,Emperor Kanghsi took each measure immediately,transferred the official to organize the relief positively.Rapid response of the central committee and local authority guaranteed disaster victims in this earthquake to obtain certain degree relief.This was advantageous to Qing Dynasty to still the Revolt of the Three Feudatories and stable rule,also demonstrated the ability of the administrative chain of command at that time to process the emergency case.更多还原
