【摘要】 甘肃省陇南地区属于中国自然灾害风险区划中的极重度灾害区.通过对陇南地区成县和武都区自然灾害的对比分析发现,武都区地震、地质和洪水灾害的严重程度远远大于成县,特殊地理条件下的地震,地质和洪水灾害的叠加性,以及城镇规模的不断扩大,导致武都区未来的灾害隐患程度较高.因此,从城市选址的自然灾害背景来看,陇南地区的行政中心从自然灾害非常严重的武都区迁往自然灾害程度相对较低的成县是合理的.更多还原

【Abstract】 Longnan is located in southeastern Gansu Province,belongs to one of the most vulnerable regions in natural disaster risk zoning of China owing to its complex geologic tectonism and geographic environment. According to the relative analysis of natural disaster background between Chengxian county and Wudu district in Longnan region,it is suggested that level of earthquake catastrophe,geologic hazard and flood disaster in Wudu district is severer than that of Chengxian county.Urban expansion and superposition of natural disasters may be responsible for heavier losses in Wudu district;therefore it is reasonable to move administrative center of Longnan region from Wudu district to Chengxian county.更多还原
