【Abstract】 By study of Japan’s successful anti-seismic experience,the author of the paper puts forwards some proposi- tions for the construction of China’s future anti-seismic system in the respects of earthquake monitoring and prevention as well as the emergency measures to be taken after earthquake.The paper also makes analysis of the keys factors to be taken into consideration in the reconstruction in connection with Wenchuan earthquake.更多还原
