非煤矿山突水淹井应急救援适用性技术综述

【摘要】 矿山水害事故破坏性大,突发性强,给人民生命和国家财产造成无法挽回的损失,突水淹井应急救援已引起社会各界的高度关注。本文通过对近年来非煤矿山突水淹井应急救援现状调研和分析,指出了目前突水应急救援技术和装备存在的主要问题。针对突水应急救援危险性大、技术难度高和时效性强的特点,阐述了突水应急救援适用性关键配套技术,对井下突水点位置探测、强排水、在地面快速钻孔形成救生通道的快速钻探、快速注浆堵水等突水应急救援适用性技术的原理和应用条件进行了详细介绍。

【Abstract】 The water flooding accidents in non-coal underground mine with the characteristic of large destruction and suddenly strong break out have caused the enormous irreversible lost of people’s lives and government properties.So the inrush water flooding emergency rescue has aroused the great concern in the community.Based on the investigation and analysis of recent non-coal mine inrush water flooding emergency rescue cases in recent years in China,the main problems of emergency rescue techniques and equipment at present on inrush water flooding were pointed out.Aimed at the large risk,high technical difficulty and strong timely features of inrush water flooding emergency rescue,the key supporting technology for the applicability of inrush water flooding emergency rescue was carried out.The principles and application conditions of the applicable technologies for the inrush water flooding emergency rescue such as the position detection of inrush water,strong draining,the fast drilling on the ground surface for the formation of life-saving passage,quickly grouting water shutoff were introduced in detail.
