【摘要】 随着经济的飞速发展和机动车的普及,城市的空气污染、噪音侵蚀、交通拥堵以及能源消耗成了社会关注的焦点问题,大城市人口的幸福度逐渐降低。为促进社会与环境的和谐,实现城市的可持续发展,城市绿色交通应运而生。本文通过分析绿色交通实行的必要性,提出了兰州市需从完善政策法律保障、落实监督与管理、加强绿色交通的宣传与教育三个方面进行探索,为兰州市发展绿色交通、实现社会与环境的和谐提供了保障。更多还原
